On the 3rd January this year,  this most wonderful,  much loved young man passed away. It is impossible to do him justice in a few words, he was just amazing. So so so funny. So very kind. Inspirational. Freddie made people feel good. He made me smile many times at school pick ups with his sense of humour, random headstands and that unique way of asking people about their day. So sweet and thoughtful. Freddie and his family have raised a lot of money over the years for charities including DEBRA and this one, The Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity, which supported them,  so I really want to do a little bit of that in his name. The way I am doing this is by running this year's Great South Run for the first time and asking you lovely people to sponsor me. It won't be easy because I had to stop running for most of the summer and definitely not very fast but I fully intend to get to that finishing line with a smile for him on my face.
