If you`ve followed our journey over the last year and a half you know that Angelika has dealt with a series of health issues recently. Whilst she is doing fine, we have seen many people that are a lot less fortunate. Also, some of our friends and colleagues have had to deal with Cancer and so we have seen the impact of this dreadful, life-changing,  disease first-hand.

When we moved to London 5 years ago, we learned about the Teenage Cancer Trust and its annual fundraising events at London`s Royal Albert Hall. We have since gone to these shows every year and are always touched and inspired by the work that this amazing charity does for young people. We always felt that we should do more than just support via purchasing tickets and merchandise and now is the time for us to get started. 

As Angelika is starting her training program again, we agreed that we should don our capes and take part in the London Superhero Run. Whilst it is only a short run and not a marathon by any stretch of the imagination, doing this run together is a big step for us.
