I'm joining Cancer Research UK's Race for Life (10k) this year on 26th June in Sutton Park.  As many of you know, this is a subject very close to my heart - both for personal reasons and on behalf of several friends who have been through or are going through this horrible disease (and of course in memory of those folk who have suffered this disease in the past and who are sadly no longer with us).
