I have been running or should I say jogging for a couple of years so I have decided that it is time to start doing official runs. I did my first parkrun a couple of weeks ago so feeling more ready. 

I have some friends who work for hope for justice and recently went to one of their open days which was amazing. They are such a great organisation and I want to do my part to end slavery.
