Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. As most of you know I am a huge animal lover. So I decided that I would like to help an animal charity and hopefully raise a little bit of money towards the welfare of animals during this terrible time.
Charities at the moment do not have much money coming in due to the COVID-19 and we do not mean to forget about the animals in care, but there is just so much going on in our lives and with family and friends it is not always our first priority. So I am going to be active in lockdown and do a 1 hour bike ride with my son Ben in our daily exercise time. I know it is not the biggest challenge in the world but it means a lot to me and I can contribute to a good cause. I have not been on a bike since I was 13 so it will be a bit of a challenge for me. I am going to train each day so I can hopefully complete 10 miles in the hour. We will do our bike ride to Nonsuch Park around and home. We plan to do this on the 3rd of May and will post from the beginning to the end. I am hoping to raise at least £200 as this would be fantastic and help loads. I hope you can support me. I have noticed it is a minimun of £2.00 plus a £1.00 for their admin charges but it is for animals so I hope you can see past the extra cost.
