Story
There are people who do incredible things in life. There are people who do incredible things for others. And then there are those who emerge from personal tragedy with the strength and inspiration to do incredible things for others. My greatest respect goes out to Nick and Katie. Please read their story here.

I'm really chuffed to be running to raise funds for Nick and Katie's charity, in memory of their son Joshua. Nick and I first crossed paths as we hitch-hiked our way to Lake Malawi way back in 1996, and then again a few months later as we both started at Bristol University.
I'm also really chuffed that you are here on this page, which means that you are hopefully thinking about supporting the Joshua Hayday Helping Hands Trust. Support the trust by giving generously and support me by suggesting a song for my playlist to help keep me running all 21km! You can also come along and cheer on the day - let me know and I'll send you details of meeting points.
