I DID IT!! Much to my relief it didn't rain and we even had a stunning moonlit sky for the second half of the walk. The last 2 miles were quite hard work, but harder still was having to walk home afterwards! I completed the walk in 3 1/2 hours and fell into bed at 4.15am!
