I am cycling the route with my good friend Elaine Mitchell from the 10th April. We are not regular cyclists so this is a big challenge for us! Every penny you can dig deep for, will be donated to AMMF who target cholangiocarcinoma - bile duct cancer.

 Elaine's husband, Kevin, died from this in 2011 at the far too young age of 63. We need to know more about the causes and ultimately to find a cure. Please help if you can. It is really appreciated, especially when we are all being asked to give for other more popularised causes. It would be great if all the aches and pains have been really worth it!
