On 16th September, I will be cycling 26 miles for Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research in memory of 2 friends, Jason Manderson and Glenda Alexander who unfortunately passed away from Leukaemia...both in their forties.  The last time I could 'cycle like mad' was a good many years ago when I was a wee youngster...yikes!  Not often I jump on a bike but this is certainly a good cause to make a start..!
