It's 9.40pm on 6th September and I have only just returned to "normal" after the 10k.  I managed it in 71 minutes and 56 seconds, Tracy achieved 75 minutes and 20 seconds.  As much as I hate it, I can't resist looking into the next one.  Silly silly girl ;-)

Aaaaagggghhhhh.  Another 10k on 6th September 2009.  I love the Beatson; I must to put myself through this again.  And poor wee Tracy is joining me again.  She beat me last year, wonder what will happen this year????? 

In all honesty, I think I would give anything a go to raise money for the Beatson, anything to hopefully help prevent others going through what Frank did is worth a shot.

I realise the Cup is just the week before but if you could raid the backs of sofa's, look in old bags and trouser pockets for the odd quid, it would be gratefully appreciated.  It all helps to give a boost when you're running (jogging - ok, walking) to know that if you can get to the end, the Beatson gains.
