A few weeks ago I volunteered to join my work mates on the 3 peaks challenge... after much planning and organisation (and a sudden increase in the amount of time I visit the gym!) the weekend was selected and guess what date we chose to start our adventure.... Friday 13 August of course... what better day to attempt to climb Britain's 3 highest peaks!

To give me some motivation as I "scale the mountains" it would be great if you could spare a few pounds to support a cause close to my heart.  I'm sure you are all aware of the fantastic work Cancer Research UK does into finding a cure for a disease that touches so many of us during our lives in one way or another.
