A Year in the Life! 

I accepted a challenge last year when a friend said anyone can do a triathlon and I laughed and said ‘I can’t’. They said ‘well you can’t if you don’t try!’ For anyone who knows me knows I love a dare so I entered the ballot for the Blenheim Triathlon (full distance) and hoped I didn’t get a place! Knowing I couldn’t just turn up and wing it, I started to plan properly and found that I’ve done a go-tri and a fun-tri as I wanted Blenheim to be my first ‘official’ one. 

It’s 3 weeks away and I’ve still got a bit of work to do for the running to be happy I’ll do the best I can on the day. But 12 months ago I never dreamed I’d be writing this and actually really looking forward to it! I wasn’t planning on telling anyone but the clues were there and some of you worked it out. So I may as well link to a fundraiser. My work will match up to £500 raised so whatever you can spare will be doubled.
