Story
Many of you already know I lost my mum to Ovarian Cancer. I find it a funny coincidence that Warwick University, a place where I used to study, have set up a Cancer Research Centre and are doing ground breaking research into Ovarian Cancer. Mum would say it was meant to be!
It's not just Ovarian Cancer either. One of the recent projects is investigating hair loss during chemotherapy, and developing a 'cool cap' to help reduce hair loss. Such an important issue.
I don't need anything for my 'BIG' birthday other than for my friends and family to join me at Coventry parkrun on September 9th. I'm not interested in material things. Instead I would much prefer it if you would consider donating towards this excellent research. It would make me much happier.
