Our daughter was tragically born with only half a heart.  After multiple open heart surgeries she was given only months to live and place on the organ donor register.  Gabrysia was so lucky to be given a second chance at life when she received her heart transplant at only 16 months old.  Now, 4 years on she is a lively happy and reasonably healthy little girl living life to the full.
