Blythe House Hospice provides care and support for patients, families and carers across the High Peak community.My beautiful mum loved going to Blythe House every Wednesday and joining in with activities they had on offer. Sadly mum passed away this year and before she passed I told her about the walk and she said yes go for it! By sponsoring me you could contribute to the following:£50 would pay for three hours Hospice at Home care for someone in their last weeks of life.£100 would pay for half a days physiotherapy for a patient struggling with mobility as a result of their illness.£150 would pay for 5 counselling sessions for a bereaved child at one of the hardest times of their life.£450 would pay for three nights of care for a patient at the end of their life who wants to remain in their own home.
