It is a privilege to contribute a very small part of making lives feel a bit better. I meet resilient young people in difficult situations. The strength and support shown by their families is inspiring. The mission of the RMCH charity is simple: to support the excellence in treatment, research, and care. This can include purchasing cutting-edge equipment, funding pioneering medical research, and creating a patient-friendly environment allowing patients and their families to feel welcome and at ease during their time in the hospital. 

Any small amount that you can donate will help children and their families. I have not run for a very long time but will dig my trainers out and join a team of amazing colleagues to run the Manchester 10K. Thank you for reading and helping x
