Story

So this will be my 4th big charity ride, and I can't wait to raise loads of money for St Catherine's Hospice again!

After losing over 13 stone with Slimming World I wanted to put the new fitter me to good use and do some fundraising for charity. Like many, my first big ride was the BHF London to Brighton in 2017. This is where I got the riding bug!

In 2018 I stepped it up taking part in a London to Amsterdam ride raising money for Brain tumour Research as a good friend was dying of this terrible disease.

In 2019 I rode from London to Paris to raise money for St Catherine's. A few years ago I had been a patient of St Catherines for treatment of lymphoedema and their care was amazing. On top of this my Mum had worked there in the past and so many people I know had been touched by the amazing care they give to people.

Well so great was the support I got from St Catherine's that I couldn't wait to ride for them again! Originally I was riding in September 2020, but because of Coronavirus its now 2021, but I'm stepping it up massively and entering the Deloitte Ride across Britain! 980 miles in 9 days from Lands End to John O'Groats. This is a huge challenge, so I really want to raise a huge amount of money! Please help me smash my £5000 target and give generously!!
