About 22 yrs ago when life was just about lectures and all that comes with being a student I did the London Marathon. This was mainly driven by a childhood memory of doctors saying problems with dodgy ankle meant things like running really weren't on the cards. Was more than a little happy with 3hrs 23mins!

So now with joys and complications that come with a young family, busy work time to snap out of not enough exercise!
