I’ve been a sideline supporter of Team Ewan for years, having watched the team take part in many fund raising events. This year I’ve decided to get off my arse and do something to help. With this in mind, I’ve entered the 2022 Great North Run. Any donations you can give to this great cause would be so appreciated.

One in 25 of us carries the faulty gene that causes it, usually without knowing. Cystic fibrosis comes with challenges, affecting our physical health, mental wellbeing and how we choose to live our lives.
