On the 13th & 14th May 2019 I will be cycling from the East to West coast as part of the Kew Green Hotels Coast 2 Coast Charity Cycle Ride, It’s one of England's great rides.

A painstakingly planned route leads riders from the Irish Sea at Morecambe Bay 171 miles west to the North Sea at Bridlington.

We are looking to raise a group total of £25,000 for the Greenfinger's Charity, dedicated to supporting children and families who use hospices across the UK.

Huge thanks to the team at Fairfax Meadow for allowing me the time to take part, although trust me, it will be hard work for sure (and a lot of fun).
