On 21 August 2014, I lost the most incredible person.  Andy was the perfect husband in every way and we both used to say how blessed we were to lead such amazing lives together. Andy sadly passed away at 10.07am on the way home from work having suffered a massive heart attack - aged 43 years old.

Andy had wanted to give back to say thank you for the life he was leading and very recently had been in touch with the British Heart Foundation to volunteer his time and skills.  The charity has meaning to both of us and our families.  Many of you have asked where to send flowers, however, we believe it would have made Andy happy to know that he was helping the BHF.  Any donations are therefore, gratefully received.

If we can help save a life or two in the future, that will help ease the pain in my heart.

Andy leaves behind a grieving wife, mother, sister, brother, nieces & nephews and many many close friends.

RIP my gorgeous husband Andrew Furniss.  You'll NEVER be forgotten.
