Unfortunately I have developed Achilles Tendonitis and will not be able to take part in this years Great North Run. I had hoped it would clear up in time but it worsened over the weekend and I have had to take the decision to defer my entry.

I will get an automatic entry into next year's run and hope you will sponsor me then.
