Hi folks, 

Ash and I are setting out to complete an impossible ride in September - 360 miles climbing to a high point of 800m in the Italian Alps!  A scary ask for 2 part-time cyclists who last rode in earnest 5 years ago.  We are training on the flats in Lincolnshire with not very long to go. Luckily, we’ve already adapted to the Italian diet of pasta and Chianti with no problem!
