In October I will be cycling over 500km in 8 days on rough terrain and at altitude in the Himalayas to raise money for MacMillan Cancer Support.

The work of MacMillan Cancer Support is close to my heart and this will be the 4th challenge I will have been involved in for them.

The training required for such an event is immense but is still insignificant when compared to the suffering a person diagnosed with cancer and their family have to go through.

Any help you can give me reach my target is greatly appreciated.
