Hello all. Not wanting to lose my grip on the dreams of the past,
I'm risin' up to the challenge of the Bristol Half again.after missing last year's rained out affair due to being on my honeymoon.

I've now changed my passion for glory, this being my first race since 2009's Bristol half marathon where I went the distance and now I’m not gonna stop

I've been training hard, hangin’ tough, stayin’ hungry and like Mr Rocky Balboa, I'm ready to Rise up to the challenge of my rival, face to face, out in the heat....

This year, i'm raising sponsorship for Penny Brohn who i last supported in 2007.
