We work with young people to empower them to know their self worth

Story

Hi! Thanks for finding your way to my fundraising page!

I'm racing a sprint distance triathlon on Sept 2nd in Brittas Bay to raise funds for Solas Project's programmes for children and young people.

I am immensely privileged to have volunteered, interned, and to now work for Solas Project. Simply put, our vision is to see an Ireland where all children and young people truly know their self-worth and can take full advantage of their potential (check out http://www.solasproject.ie for more info on what we do).

I'm going to be swimming 750m in the sea, cycling 20km, and then running 5km. This'll be my first triathlon in the sprint distance (which is half the Olympic distance), so I'm expecting it to feel like a fast-paced affair, and hoping my legs can keep up!

Thank you so much for your support! I really appreciate your giving.

Andy
