Mum, James and I have set up this page to honour the memory of Dad.

He was a wonderfully kind, caring, compassionate and loving man.  An exceptional husband, father, brother, son, and so much more. 

And who could forget his wonderfully silly sense of humour, which always had people smiling. 

Dad wanted to keep things simple after he passed.  He gave us very strict instructions that he didn’t want people wasting money on flowers or other gifts of condolence.

He asked that we encourage well-wishers to donate whatever they could to Weldmar.  No matter how small.

We are indebted to all of the staff at Weldmar for the care, compassion and empathy they displayed towards Dad in his final weeks.  It was without question, nothing short of outstanding.  

Weldmar is funded entirely from charitable donations from within the community.  It costs £18,000 a day to run the hospice.  

It is our hope that we can raise just a small amount to help other families in their hour of need.
