Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Many of you have been incredibly generous in the past and helped me raise money for a number of fantastic charities like Whizz Kids, Alzheimer's UK, and the British Heart Foundation.  I'm now running the Royal Parks Half marathon in aid of Prostate Cancer UK and I'd like to ask for your support again.

I know... you're getting pretty fed up with me by now.  But think of it this way...

- I'm not getting any younger so this may be the last time I ask...(no promises, but you wouldn't want to miss out, would you?)

- At some stage you or your children will do something similar and come knocking on my door...(that's the way it works, isn't it?)

So come on...dig deep!  

1 in 8 men in the UK will be diagnosed with prostate cancer. Prostate Cancer UK helps fund on-going research, the provision of Specialist Nurses, and greatly improves the quality of life for those already diagnosed. 

And, who knows, with a little more research, the rubber glove test might be a thing of the past! (surely a reason - on its own - to donate big)
