My great nephew has Cystic Fibrosis which is why I have decided to get my head tattooed to raise money for this brilliant charity. Any donations will be very greatly appreciated by me, the cf trust & all of my family, doesn't matter if it's pennies or pounds! Please help.

A bit about Cystsic Fibrosis: 

Cystic Fibrosis is one of the UK's most common life threatening diseases.

 Cystic Fibrosis affects over 9000 people in the UK

Over 2 million people in the UK carry the faulty gene that causes Cystic Fibrosis. Around 1 in 25 of the population

 
Some of them don't know that they carry this faulty gene

Cystic Fibrosis affects the internal organs, especially the lungs & digestive system, by clogging them with a thick sticky mucus. This makes it hard to breathe & digest food.

Each week 5 babies are born with Cystic Fibrosis

Each week 2 young lives are lost to Cystic Fibrosis

Only half of those with Cystic Fibrosis are likely to live past their late 30s.
