I'm sure you know the drill by now - but incase not.  Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I'm doing the Medio Fondo route of the notorious Dragon Ride in South Wales. It is 128km from start to finish and 1875m of climbing. (That's approximately the same as going to the top of Snowdon twice!)
