As many of you know we lost a great friend and work colleague Ian Doherty in April this year and I personally wanted to do do something in his memory and in my own way thank him for always being there for me and the many laughs and beers we shared over the last 14 years I have known him.
So on the 13th July I will be taking part in the Gary Speed Memorial 10k Run in Colwyn Bay North Wales,  full details can be accessed via the link below.

When I saw the event advertised I thought what a great way to remember Ian by taking part in a memorial for another big Evertonian.
