Photo time with local paper, Cambrian news today

Think about it, someone you know has won or lost their battle with cancer.

In March 2012 my very close friend Matt and my Gran, Sylvia Kingswood lost their journey with cancer. Matt was only 27 which was far too young. A true inspiration to many. My gran was 78, some may say had a good long life, but she was so fit until and healthy until I left the UK in 2011. I believe was also too young.

If you could spare a small amount to give towards Velindre Cancer Charity which provide such needed care to people who need it then I as would many would really appreciate it.

Thank you.
