Over three days in September I will be taking part in the Prince's Trust UK Wild Challenge, this will involve a 101 mile race on foot,bike and kayak starting from Minehead in Somerset and finishing in Exmouth on the South Devon coast............well that's the plan. 

Could be a BIG challenge for a fat bloke who will be 48 by then.

The Trust is a tremendous charity, working with disadvantaged young people around Britain to help them on their feet and I hope you will help me in supporting them by giving generously !
