Ok.

Here we go again. 

I'm taking part in Jiffy's Cancer 50 Charity Bike Ride again this year. 50 miles from Cardiff to Swansea. 

We are raising funds for the Cancer Centres in Velindre, Cardiff and Singleton, Swansea.

I'm dedicating my effort this year to my amazing sister Andrea, who has been battling her illness for the last nine years. She is brave and strong,  and I'm incredibly proud of her.
