Beat is the UK’s eating disorder charity. Our mission is to end the pain and suffering caused by eating disorders. These serious mental illnesses ruin and, too often, take lives. Our Helpline is available online or by phone for anyone suffering, as well as their family and friends.

Story

Beat exists for the million or so people in the UK with an eating disorder, helping them and their loved ones understand their illness, supporting them to get treatment, and campaigning for better services.

Our beneficiaries and their families raise thousands of pounds each year to fund our services. So given I've been cycling for ever, it feels like it's my turn.  I've paid the entry fee, so all donations will go straight to Beat's helpline, support groups and campaigns.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and secure. They'll never sell your details or send unwanted emails. And once you donate, they send your money straight to Beat.

And there are places left on the Beat team, so if you fancy joining me, you can sign up at https://b-eat.co.uk/support-us/fundraise/fundraising-events/4354.
