On Friday 5 October, I will be giving up my warm bed for Action for Children’s national sleep-out event, Byte Night, which raises money to help prevent youth homelessness in the UK.
Byte Night is a national sleep out event and is one of the UK’s top 20 mass participation charity events and is the largest charity sleep-out having raised over £10m since the first event.
Each year thousands of people and teams from technology and business sectors give up their beds for a night to help change the lives of young people through tackling the root causes of homelessness. This keeps vulnerable young people off the streets and enables them to build better lives. As well as keeping your fingers crossed for me that there is good weather on the night please donate what you can to this fantastic cause. All donations will be gratefully received.
