Yes folks I really am going to run 13.1 miles, again, in the Great North Run on Sunday 18th September 2011.

Now you've stopped laughing, I'll tell you I am running for St.Thomas Lupus Trust because my wife,Emma, found out that she had Lupus just over two years ago and previous to that I had never heard of Lupus.

Lupus is an auto-immune disease that can be fatal, hopefully I can help raise awareness and some much needed sponsorship for a charity that researches the disease and helps people with it.

I really need the support and this charity really need your money so please help.
