I, my younger brother and a friend are doing the BHF Off Road Bike Ride from London to South Coast 2011. We'll be cycling approximately 75 miles off road which takes place September 24 2011

This fantastic event is a 75 mile predominantly traffic free and off-road bike ride from London to Brighton. It’s a challenging and testing route that mixes cycle path, single track cycling with forest tracks.

All money raised will be going to the BHF.
