WaterAid is 40 this year. To celebrate, I'm climbing 40 of Scotland's highest mountains - the 3000ft Munros. The money raised will support communities in Malawi, where I visited projects being delivered by WaterAid with Scottish Water in 2019.

Clean water, decent toilets and good hygiene should be a normal part of everyone’s daily life. Without all three, people can’t live dignified, healthy lives. With all three, they can unlock their potential, break free from poverty and change their lives for good.

Climate change and the pandemic makes it even more essential people have access to water which supports health and development.
