Hi there my name is Andrew Venables and this is my story of why I want to raise money and awareness for this charity. I have been suffering with depression for over two+ years now.

let's start from the beginning, I was studying at college, had my own place, had a husband, starting getting a part time job and had a few pets as well so life was as good as possible but then I started feeling very low and started to lose interest in my career and my relationship and not looking after my self as much ether and I was staying in bed day and night and my husband was relizing there was something wrong, so we both went the doctors but they just give me some tablets and sent me on my way so I started taking them, but they still made me feel really low, so I tried give them time but I started losing everything around me like my animals started giving them away and then not going to my part time job and then I lost my husband and then I try run away from my problems and move area but this just made things worse for me and I could not cope with feeling alone and I started to over think on the things that I had. Then I moved back to my home town and now I have lost my home and then my depression was just getting worse and then started to try take my own life away. This is when I started to getting the help and mind was there for me and talk to me when I though I had no one else they help me to see things in a different way and got me doings things that I would not normal do so over the past 6/7 months I have move to fleetwood and I am settle a lot more and I am still get help of mind today to help me though those tough times and I don't no where I would be if they where not here.

I would like to share awareness and raise as much as possible for this charity and I want share my story to people to show there is a light at the end of the tunnel :) 

I will be recording the whole bike ride and it is going take two days in total as it is going take 10 hours there and I will be riding back the next day it is 100 miles each way :)
