Fairview National Three Peaks Challenge 2016 · 18 June 2016

Isabel Hospice exists to journey alongside people during some of life's most difficult times. Offering expert compassionate care, advice and support those living with progressive, life-limiting illnesses. Our care is free of charge to those who need it, but it is not without cost.

Story

On 18th -19th June, four teams from Fairview New Homes will take up the challenge and climb the 3 highest mountains in the UK; Ben Nevis in Scotland, Scafell Pike in the Lake District and Snowdon in Wales, all as part of the national 3 peaks challenge.

Our aim is to raise money for the Isabel Hospice based in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire. The IH provides free palliative care for patients with cancer and other life limiting illnesses and also provides much needed support for their families.

Their professional staff, clinical staff and hundreds of tireless volunteers care for the needs of the East Hertfordshire community; last year they cared for over 1,300 patients and nearly 2,400 family members.

IH works in collaboration with other healthcare services but the majority of their revenue is received through receipt of charitable donations and from events such as ours.

If you would like to make a donation to IH and help us reach our target, then please press the donate button. Your contribution will help IH provide the free support and care for the those who need it most.

Thanks,

Andrew
