This year I have decided to try and help support this excellent local charity & raise some much needed funds, by running the London Marathon on their behalf, so they can continue the amazing work that they do.

Claire House Children's Hospice helps seriously and terminally ill children live life to the full by creating wonderful experiences and bringing back a sense of normality to their family life. By providing specialist nursing care and emotional support they help families at a time when their lives couldn't get any tougher.

They have a team of trained professionals who are passionate about what they do and are talented at doing it. They provide a place for children to relax & enjoy themselves, whatever their age. The children can have fun in their multi-sensory room, art room, hydrotherapy pool & Jacuzzi. There is also a separate wing for teenagers with sound system & Xbox.

The facility also helps the mums & dads get some much needed time off together and the opportunity to spend some time with their other children.

This is an excellent charity and I am keen to help as much as possible. I really do hope that you will sponsor me, as every little will help me reach my fundraising target for them.
