yes well now you know you dont get conned on here ie (dad)you can give as much or as little as you can afford i realise this is a hard time for us all but im not bleedin doin this for nothing so the least you can do is sponser me oh sorry i mean donate,im sure you agree its for a good cause as alzheimers will affect most of us weather directly or indirectly.so me neil and dan have decided to run 13.1 miles on the 25th of april im in training for it now and i dont think i can make 5 miles never mind 13 so if every one gets behind me i suppose i will have to right i best go for a run now cheers andy s
