On October 9th, I will be running the Royal Parks Half Marathon for St Dunstans.

During a cold night in early June, I met up with two old friends from University...after a couple of beers one of them made an outlandish claim of being able to complete a half marathon in 90 minutes.CHALLENGE ACCEPTED.

So, after being dogged for years by ankle injuries, I will attempt to defy the odds and complete the course in around 2 hours*.

* I've since realized I have absolutely no chance of finishing in 90 minutes and 120 minutes is probably pushing it.
