On 21st July 2012, along with 600 runners in a sell out international race, I will be completing the Snowdon International Fell Race.  This race covers 10 miles.  Thats not tough I hear you say, well throw in a climb and decent of 1085m (3650ft) and my aim of completing it in under 95 minutes............... tough enough now.

As a veteran of the First Battalion The Parachute Regiment, and serving during the invasion of Iraq, I know how great Help for Heroes are at supporting our troops who get injured during there service, on operational tours.  I have 3 weeks of training, and hope to raise at least £500.  Please get your pennys together and donate what you can.
