It's not often that I decide to take on a challenge like this. Sometimes you never think the worst will happen to you- loosing your best friend, lover and soul mate- but it did to me last year. 

The help and support we as a family received from St Catherine's Hospice was incredible. The Nurse's kind and caring nature, the support team's invaluable information and the facilities where my Wife could be taken care of with dignity was remarkable. 

To try and understand how much it costs to provide all these services for the terminally ill and their families is why I decided to embark on this challenge. Denise will forever be in our hearts.

This is my chance to give back and say THANK YOU to a fantastic Charity.
