This is my third 300 mile charity bicycle ride and my second London to Brussels. I'm doing this (London, Amsterdam, Brussels) ride on behalf of the Stroke Association as my father died two years ago, from his second stroke in two years, and this is in memory of him. Also there is some self interest as there are a lot of over-weight and unheathy people that I know who need to take more care of themselves in the coming years and for whom this charity may well become very important.

I am paying 100% of my costs and any money you are kind enough to donate will go straight to the charity.
