Family Fund provides grants and services to families on low incomes, raising disabled or seriously ill children and young people. Everyday families tell us about how this support has a huge impact on their lives, but we need your help so we can continue to make a difference. Last year, we provided 88,407 grants or services to families throughout the UK, but we want to help more. Our ambition is to provide 150,000 grants and services by 2022, and we need your support to achieve this.
