It's that time of year again as those of you who have seen me out and about may have gathered. My now Annual attempt to prove that I am still fit enough to keep up with Luke & Scott !

Now a veteran of GNR's in 2009, 2010 and 2011 in a staggering fast time of 1:42 I'm really looking forward to it - though not sure that I will be as fast !

As well as the fantastic atmosphere of the Run it is a great motivation for me to raise funds for the NSPCC and this is where I need your help. Your support is greatly appreciated - last year with your help I raised £200 for the NSPCC to help protect children and young people from abuse and neglect.

I'll be delighted if I raise a further £250 this year - it will make all the effort worthwhile. A big thank you to you all.
