I'm raising money for the WGSB Starfish Appeal, which aims to improve facilities at Watford General Hospital , in the Starfish children's ward. The appeal is looking to renovate four rooms, by refurbishing, refurnishing and fitting with all kinds of things to keep kids happy, a very worthwhile appeal I'm sure you will agree. I've put £250 down as an aim but I'm looking for as much as possible, so please give as much as you can, no matter how small. I will be jumping 160ft which I'm sure will give me a few sleepless nights in the run up to the event, so please bear this in mind when sponsoring me!

Although the charity on this page says Joely Bear they will forward the money on to the Starfish appeal.
